Besides protein shakes and/or milk, what's your main source of protein?
I'm changing my diet (eating shit only if it has protein) and I'm looking for other sources of protein.
I'd like to say my other source is meat but that's not the case, I only eat meat like once or twice a day, most of my protein comes from oats/yogurt/cereals/grains (besides protein shakes).
I'm basically looking for shit I don't have to cook or that isn't complicated to cook.
