Deadlift, OHP, Pullups, Dips + GOMAD for 1 year.
Step 3. Conditioning for 6 months. Run/swim for 30 mins 5 days per week, take a grappling sport
Step 4 conditioning for 6 months. Run/swim 1 hour 5 days per week, take a striking sport
