I won't have access to a gym for a while, but I'm still trying to gain weight.

What's the best way to add muscle mass without one? I'm underweight so it shouldn't be a huge deal right?

I do have access to a bar I can do pullups from

"Trying"

Not trying hard enough kiddo. Eat 3k cal a day. GOMAD. 3 eggs. 1 lb of meat. Drink hotsauce and vinegar. Just exercise, you don't need the perfect fucking routine.

>Workout/stretch alternating for 4 minutes every hour.

>Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats.

Double the time after a month, then add another 4 minutes after the second month. Do some variations if it gets easy.

After 3 months do gymnastics.

If you do the reps quickly, about 1 rep every 2 seconds, then it's very intense. It's not just 'a bit of bodyweight stuff' unless you take your time and don't put in much effort. Do the 4 minutes and eat 3k cal. I'm guessing you eat 2500 cal one day, 1200 the next. Make your bad days less bad, and keep yourself to a standard of excellence. That's all you need to do to get big, become strong and athletic, and stand above mediocrity or even what they call 'above average'. Become excellent.

Same thing, except eat 2000 cal regularly.

If you have a bar, you can do anything. Maybe add some exercises mat like the one in the pic and some bands, since they are quite cheap and don't take a lot of space.

Then go on the athleanx youtube channel and start following his advice and do the exercises he promotes. Eat good, lots of proteins, and in a few months you will become really fit.
