What to do fit? I count every single calorie and did not eat any junk food how did I gain 5kg in 5 days while dieting? I ate 2 cans of pickles and I thought It is because of the sodium in the pickle and I start to eat low sodium for 4 days after I gained weight but I'm still same. Do I need to see a doctor? This happens for the first time.

You need more onions. Why the fuck did you shave? Your body was shocked and resorted to an ancient instinct of "no fur = exposure to cold; add fat". You probably ate foods that are associated with winter reserves as well (pickles). Counting calories is pretty starvation-mode shit too… rationing portions. All in all you told yourself that you're going to be starving and your body replied.

Are you in the southern hemisphere? Is it cold there? Your thyroid is probably going hypo right now from this shit.

Water retention can vastly alter your weight thats why I usually only weight myself once a week when cutting. Always at the same time right after I wake up I take piss and poop if possible then hop on the scale.

Also you say you're counting calories but are you weighing your food? Volume based measurements tend to be less accurate in my experience. Make sure you are accounting for added dressings, oil/fat and sauces too.
