You've got the right idea! You're not good at these things because you don't have any practice doing them.
Sucking at something is the first step towards being good at something. That's totally natural and something that all of us here have gone through. Repeat that to yourself over and over.
Okay so the way that I built my schedule was to use a calendar that I always had - If it's your cell phone calendar or something you carry, it doesn't matter.
Let's start with last Friday. What did you do, starting from when you woke up? Write all that down and then look at it. Did you waste time somewhere? Do you have some free time to exercise, either by yourself or in a gym? When did you eat?
Write it all down for tomorrow, adding in whatever your Tuesdays look like. FOLLOW IT WITHOUT THINKING. If it says 'get up at 0700' then you get up at 0700. If it says "Depart for school at 0745" then you have to be ready to depart at 0745. If you need to add "0730 Get dressed" then add it.
Build a quality schedule that you can trust and that does good things for you. FOLLOW IT. If you can improve it for the next day then do it. You'll learn good habits, you'll learn how to add items, you'll learn time management.
There are three 'P's to getting better at something: practice, practice, practice.
You can do it! Have a virtual fist bump, anon to anon. C'mon, gimme a bump, don't leave me hanging…
