I suppose they've been pretty high, yeah. At the job I just lost, I was only getting 6 hours of sleep even when I'd planned for a full 8. That hasn't changed much even now that I'm between places. Gym had been an outlet for that.

Don't know enough bicep/tricep exercises for that. I've gotten in touch with a personal instructor to see if he can add to my regiment, but aside from bicep curls and tricep dips I wasn't sure which ones to do.
