Working out everyday, good or bad?

What about the same muscles?

i think my gainz are too slow

f340f0  No.138606

Might be controversial for people on here, but I think having rest days is important for good recovery so you don't fry your CNS. That said, I run full body with long workouts, so YMMV.

Works out if you run cold and have stupidly high endurance. Not too great for strength training. Moving is good for you either way, so if there's variety and you modulate the intensity right, go ahead. For low intensity days I'd do stretching, developing balance and coordination, skill work, that type of thing.

our ancestors would have been roaming around hunting all day every day

I guess it might be different because they wouldn't be squatting hundreds of pounds but still, it's not biologically normal for us to sit around for a whole day doing nothing

I been told this place was for robots who would be the vanguard.

I been bullshitted

>What about the same muscles?

hit each muscle 2-3 times a week.

e4ba53  No.138690

work your muscle groups all in one day eg. bicceps triceps

exchange every other day.

Ideally, you could do 3 different groups in a single week but logically, you could just space them out over a 4 month period and increase your RM and and repitions. at the beginning you will just work on strength, then midway its about getting agility, then at the end its about power and explosiveness.

ronnie coleman, etc is jacked and thats no-good for a survival situation, thought it is a good testament to american capitalism.

no, no. I'd rather look like prefontaine than shwarzenegger

If ronnie decided to go full commando and prepare for military or a civil war or something, he would be a great candidate. He's dedicated enough to get to where he is, so he's dedicated enough to turn into a soldier in gorilla warfare ('cause he's a fucking giant ape).

>>138567

I already posted to do low intensity days, but just look at what the NFL is doing. Explosive shit all day. Extreme conditioning. I'd throw in gymnastics because it's fucking dope. Just look into it faggot. Do some digging. Learn what the pros actually do, rather than what the amateurs actually maybe do.
