There's a popular thread in the greatest Brazilian Forum, of which I am author, which translates basically to "Have you ever thought about brain maxxing?". Unfortunately, it is in Portuguese, and I can't simply translate it right now.

Though, the advice there is pretty solid and I have been testing it on myself with good results. Maybe we can have a similar thread here, and cite the papers and conclusions from there at the pace in which they are needed.
