Anon that is not how women biologically work, a women will never come and talk to you unless social reasons force her to or you have something she wants and knows you have it/can do it.

This is why if you want to have a women you need to go to that woman, talk to her and make her think you are someone she wants to have.

If you get panic attacks when you try to socialize with people or women learn to get high on the adrenalin rush they give you and push trough with your talk regardless of the result, because there is nothing you can lose in a talk.
