The fuck is that just do squats and lunges.
If bodyweight is too easy get some heavy shit and put it in a sturdy container of some kind like a box or bag then hold it against your chest or strap it to your back.

Dips are essential and all you need is a chair or bench so no excuses. Add weight as needed.
Do pullups and chinups with a vareity of grips from narrow to wide. While a pullup bar does help theres a million places to do these just get creative.
For OHP take that same heavy container you used for weighted squats and just lift that sucker over you head. Try both one and two handed variations.
Also try doing at least 3 sets of 15 or to failure on every exercise.

You're basically doing a weird cardio routine, you CAN get in shape with calisthenics but you need the proper exercises and progression.
