I've been lowering my dependence on the Sugar-Jew for well over 3 months now.

But I am prone to crave chewing gum.

I now I could probably get a mouth guard and just chew on that, but I would look pretty dumb in public.

What are some Healthy options you guys recommend?

Chew xylitol gum. Xylitol prevents bacteria from sticking to the surface of your teeth which can be good for your teeth. It still provides calories but much less than sugar. Eating too much will give you diarrhea but you'll need to eat like 40-50 grams of it and the amount in gum is pretty small.

Nails. I got in the habit of holding them in my teeth when I was at work and one day I realized I had forgotten to use one and had been walking around all day with a nail sticking out of my mouth. Galvanized steel probably isn't good for you but whatever neither are some of the sups I take.

Chios Mastic Gum is ideal as it gives you jaw gainz. Combine with Mewing and you'll jawmaxx.

Sugar-free xylitol gum is another good option, although it will not train your jaw because it's soft. It tastes good and is good for your teeth, but the flavor doesn't last, unlike Chios mastiha.
