Multivitamins often have retarded compositions. I would consider emphasizing B1, B2, B3, and Biotin, some B6. You can safely mega dose B1,2,&3. I would personally try huge doses of B2 while taking everything else. Only take niacinamide form of B3. Always eat a high carbohydrate meal before dosing as these vitamins burn through blood sugar. I eat a high sugar diet and throw in B vitamins to keep energy flowing. Fruit is your ally here as it is high in fructose which the liver loves. Try orange juice and dates for example. Low polyunsaturated fat intake will make the thyroid axis run faster.
