I love drinking skim milk. However, I was reading a lot of studies that said 3 glasses of milk or more a day is bad for your health. This sucks. I switched from diet soda to skim milk for the health reasons and now I can't even suckle on a teat anymore without getting cancer and heart problems etc. And I fucking hate water it tastes like shit.

If you're too old to drink regular milk, drink almond milk. Skim milk is shit. Also, look into adding protein mix into your milk or buy some of the pre-mixed ones on the market. I like muscle milk.

I searched their website and I can't find any ingredient lists, which is a huge red flag in my opinion. Even if it isn't made from pure garbage, it's a fucking ripoff and you shouldn't buy it. Not being able to mix a powder and water is the pinnacle of laziness and you will never make it if you can't even manage that.

homogenisation is bad. buy only organic raw milk that specifically States non homogenized.

the scientific process is only useful for storing milk for over 2 weeks which is really just an excuse to let it sit there in the fridge. if you're like me and you use milk every chance u get (cereal, thickening agent for sauce, pancakes, eggs sometimes, etc.)

milk is especially in necessary food if you are running quite often as it will drastically make your bones stronger.

plus you just feel like a good Patriot when you wake up to a nice cold glass of organic raw milk from grass-fed cows.

If it’s not peer reviewed, I wouldn’t put too much stock into these studies. Not if those studies were meta-analyses, then theie MIGHT be something to it, but just be cognizant of the researchers’ bias. There is a good possibility that you heard this claim from a plant based doctor.

This milk is the bomb. Non homogenized. Organic grass fed. Literally the only reason to keep cows as produce. Milk is one of the main ways u boost testosterone.

Its also a great source of vitamin d increasing bone health and good polyunsaturated fat. You can comine with certain cereals, grains and seeds/bread to create complete proteins.
