>You'll do better on leafy greens or low fat/non-fat milk with plentiful fruit than legumes.
You can't get all your calories (or even a majority) from leagy greens. I do eat a lot of them anyways. I eat like 2-3 large salads for dem dere vitamins breh.
>Sweet potatoes seem easier on the digestion than russet potatoes.
I love both types of potatoes.
>Calcium and protein levels are easier to maintain with milk
Firstly, there is never been a single medical case of calcium deficiency, and I get enough calcium from veggies. Also, milk and lactic acid can in fact cause osteoporosis. I used to drink a lot of milk though and I was fine in terms of bone health so I'll say that drinking milk is only bad in terms of the unnecessary hormones and fat it contains (and lactic acid).
In terms of protein, I get enough from beans and peas. I could also take some protein powder if I wanted to but I haven't felt the need.
>most salad dressings are high in omega-6 fatty acids which cause cancer, diabetes, etc.
I eat a diet free of added oils and fats. I eat salad plain. I definitely agree that salad dressing can cause those effects.
>Stearic acid from beef, milk fat, and cocoa butter/unprocessed chocolate
I think all those things do more harm than good. You are just going to give yourself atherosclerosis with all those fatty foods. Remember that fat is not used as the bodies primary energy source - carbohydrates are. The body runs best on carbs and glycogen, not fat and ketones.
