Proven ways of increasing/decrasing testosterone?

It seems that

Does No-Fap increase Testo?

Is Soy a meme?

Other ways ro increase t levels

A high carb diet with a high ratio of saturated fat to unsaturated fat is the foundation of a high androgen profile. Fat soluble vitamins are like magic for this, especially vitamin K. Vitamin K2 (MK-4) has no known toxic dosage and reliably increases androgens. You probably don't want high testosterone though. You want high androgens, anti-cortisol, and anti-estrogens in general. A hormone profile overly skewed towards testosterone is most likely estrogenic, because of the aromatization of testosterone. Hormones such as pregnenolone, progesterone, and DHT aren't given enough credit.

The maximization of the "free testosterone" variable may in fact be misguided as hormones often become capable of transportation into cells after being attached to proteins.

>Does No-Fap increase Testo?

Yes. And don't believe that "fap once a week for max test" bullshit, semen retention maximizes test. Having sex is also good for test, but I don't know what the ideal sex:ejaculation ratio is; perhaps it is ideal to savagely pound like five girls at once for like an hour but don't even cum, that would give you max test I think. Ejaculation is fine in moderation, but don't do it excessively or you will deplete your zinc which is necessary to produce test. If you do spew your goo, oyster up to replenish Z I N C C.

I see that decreasing seratonin is related to increased test. That would mean that less sleep = more test, which makes sense, because I've been a bit obsessed with conquering sleep as part of conquering old age as part of conquering tiredness and death, and sleep is when seratonin does its magic. My instincts, such as "fun and happiness is for [pussies]" are usually right on. Male instincts are chemically, biologically true. As well, wakefulness has many of the associated positives that testosterone and masculinity is all about.

Best way to boost test is to stop listening to /fit/ and be a fucking man instead of a boypuss that gives advice on the internet and looks for the perfect programming to brainwash himself with. Fucking pussies.

>That would mean that less sleep = more test

And such a notion would be dispelled by any research dealing with sleep and hormones.

>My instincts, such as "fun and happiness is for [pussies]" are usually right on.

You are far beyond misguided. Serotonin doesn't even cause fun or happiness. It causes depression, suicidal tendencies, and helplessness, but if anything is going to uplift the mood into fun and happiness territory, it's androgens.

>Male instincts are chemically, biologically true.

Yet your ideas of what it means to be male are a shallow imitation.

Come on, no need to be harsh. Corticosteroids and stress do have androgenic effects somewhat.

I think serotonin causes a sensation of "acceptance" or "conformism" which can lead to a pretty shitty life.

And finally, even if he wasn't the most eloquent person, I wouldn't harshly judge and say he doesn't know what being a male is.

But I'm not here to defend him, it's just that not everything about the human body is already written in stone. I myself am following an unconventional approach, elaborated from experimentation, and getting results.

Sleep is where seratonin is produced and harmonizes the brain hemispheres, amongst other things. It results in gamification or desire for gamified things; a person high in seratonin will desire a career (if we use careers as an example) that has access to or uses expensive 'toys'. A race car driver, computer something, an engineer, a mechanic, etc. The driver is also pretty dopamine, seeing as it's risky and dangerous.

I'll attach the braverman test.

Most things are behaviorally mediated. Tired people act half-dead, don't think hard, etc. Once you have a very high tolerance for sleep deprivation and push yourself to higher moment by moment performance, your free testosterone should increase.

Dopamine types don't need as much sleep. Seratonin types need more sleep. Chicken and the egg, figure out how to need less sleep and thus increase dopamine, through feel and behavior, impulse and mindset, action and reaction.

Google rewards me.

5. Eat Less. Interestingly enough, certain stressors can counterintuitively raise dopamine levels. Normally, we think of dopamine as the "reward neurotransmitter." However, a sleepless night can increase dopamine. [7]
