need bro help on how to get your girl more /fit/

not that you should settle for a fattie and try to make her better, you should always for the best you can get

but in my case, she is very well proportioned and good thicc, but in that way she is just a few kg above ideal bf%

its that point where she still look good but at the limit of getting really chubby

its known that women don't respond well to demands or challenges as well as men do,

the best way to encourage them is through compliments, or joint activities,

like for example she would like to join in the same gym or take part in your /fit/ prepared meals

on my case specifically she would just fine taking care of proper nutrition, one of the problems though,

is like most girls everywhere, she wants to eat healthy but doesn't understand its kinda pointless if you're still not tracking your macros

or that she thinks going hard on the exercises is the only to get it, where as nutrition plays even bigger role

and besides that, she works at day and study at night, which makes tracking much harder, for anyone I would reckon

so, for real bros that got real girls, how do you do?

If you look better, your woman will follow you. Hate to break it to you anon, but right now you don't look good enough to follow.

The same basic fitness concepts that apply to men also apply to women in that women will also get good results from resistance training (but perhaps they need not focus on the same exercises or take it to the same level as men). Women generally look healthier and more beautiful when they develop the right amount of muscle in the right areas, but when they start to approach either the leanness/body fat level or muscularity of a man, it looks odd. I think some focus should be on avoiding both the frailty of an anorexic and the bloated, water retention of menopause.

Maintaining a high level of progesterone seems ideal for this. Progesterone will help distribute fat in the right places, restore shape to sagging tissues, and combat edema from excesses of estrogen while uplifting the mood to create a more pleasant personality all while increasing fertility and the ability to gestate a more intelligent child (partly by preventing premature birth). There are many dietary factors involved in keeping progesterone elevated, but I might begin by suggesting a higher carbohydrate diet with citrus fruits (for plentiful vitamin C), sweet potatoes, vitamin E (a high ratio of gamma-tocopherol is preferable) and enough salt (as long as it tastes good) and major minerals in general might be a start. Supplementing progesterone itself is usually safe and effective. It's important to keep stress down to prevent wasting of progesterone. Vitamin C and magnesium will keep stress down. Progesterone can be converted (indirectly) into other hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone. This is why higher carbohydrate and adequate salt intake is important.

jfc dr. man, thanks for the serious answer, but didn't need to go overly autistic like that,

> Women generally look healthier and more beautiful when they develop the right amount of muscle in the right areas, but when they start to approach either the leanness/body fat level or muscularity of a man, it looks odd.

agree with that, in fact I don't want her to get muscular at all, just a little bit more fit,

recently I've noticed she may be sort of semi skinny fat, where as, even though she has a pretty good body shape she has very little definition

so just loosing a little bit of body fat a gaining some muscle would get her in tip top shape

>Maintaining a high level of progesterone seems ideal for this

she is not going through menopause dr. man, she is 26 for fuck sake, and at least got fat in the best places too

the problem is with nutrition and schedule, I'm trying to get her to understand how it works little by little, she like to eat healthy,

problem is that she also eats the shitty stuff with it, and not to blame her, with full day schedule its hard to keep a diet

>she is not going through menopause

Maintaining a high level of progesterone is the strategy I would recommend for all age groups of women. One sign that they may need more progesterone is when they first start having periods, it is an uncomfortable experience. Some women are promptly put on birth control to "normalize" their periods, but this is a senseless strategy in my opinion. I would take the first sign of aggression, irritability, desire for control, unfaithfulness due to insatiable libido, difficulty learning or remembering, or lack of loving attitude in general as in indication that progesterone is too low and estrogen is dominating the thinking processes of the brain.

Progesterone in women cultivates motherliness, cooperativeness, chasteness, and love while estrogen cultivates aggression, narcissism, whoredom, and hate. Therefore, there is no set age group such as menopausal where progesterone should be considered—but rather the sooner the better—as it is possible to see all the negative personality traits at nearly any age.

>maintaining high progesterone

alright mr dr man, this all good info, but may I ask why should I believe you? do you have anything to back that up, like why do you know it, or any reference to back it up?

>women cultivates motherliness, cooperativeness, chasteness, and love while estrogen cultivates aggression, narcissism

so I don't think I have a problem there, sounds good,

what exactly helps with it though? just quality carbs or something more?

Where did you read this? I need a source. I find it hard to believe. What does testosterone cultivate, and what should men be focusing on? Test precursors?

This tbh. My wife joins me at the gym and does air squats and light lifting (she has some joint issues) and then spends at least half an hour on the elliptical with a decent level of resistance. She also cooks a lot of high-protein meals, she's very fond of eggs.

this sounds fine, but we're not married, and it will be least a year off until we can settle on our own together, this is one part where it makes it hard for me to lead by example

>>135434

oh and btw, on the subject of contraception methods, she doesn't want to use the pill because of the aggressive hormones,

but being without protection and having to rely on condoms only makes it pretty hard (specially annoying)

I was thinking of the other methods, and something that could be better or at least less harmful, like that intrauterine one

03f07b  No.136132

bump,

gf just started taking pills, lets see how it turns out

I'm worried about how it will affect her, it might be good or not, on the other hand I can finally drop the condom
