You look like you are retaining a lot of water. Estrogens cause edema. Low carb, high fat diets upregulate the stress response that increases estrogen production. Polyunsaturated fats cause cells to become permeable and less able to regulate intracellular water when they are incorporated into cell membranes, while saturated fats—especially stearic acid—do the opposite. Both prolactin and estrogen must be lowered or the state which caused the puffy nipples will continue. A high calcium diet from either milk or palatable leaves may help, as will avoidance of wheat gluten as it raises prolactin. Higher vitamin D and K intake may have a strong effect, but vitamin K2 (MK-4) can be hard to get without supplementation. All fat soluble vitamins have anti-estrogenic effects. Taurine either as a supplement or from low fat seafood may reduce water retention through multiple mechanisms. The high adrogenic state which prevents all this puffy nipple nonsense probably comes from eating the foods which maintain calcium/magnesium levels, zinc/copper ratios, iodine/selenium levels, and provides all fat soluble vitamins. Think milk/leaves/greens + fruit, low fat seafood, some ruminant meat, some liver, etc.
