I haven't gone in three months man, do I just lift 10 reps 3 sets like I always did? If so at what rate do I move up. Do I just get back to the weight I left off at the risk of crushing my neck? I've been doing 100 reps now, 10 sets of 10, the next day 20 of 5, tomorrow 25 by 4 and so on, this is with 10 pounds on a 45 bench bar keep in mind.
No clue what to do, but I'm going to do it until I can do one set of 100 with that weight in one go and I dunno what from then.
