I can so far do 124 push ups in a row, 450 situps in a row, and can run 3 miles in 22 mins with 20 lbs on my back in combat boots I bought. Am I fit enough yet for say the USMC?

This was sort of a test thread because if it was shit /fit/ would laugh at me and if it was good they'd leave bitter and jealous messages like these. I actually want to join the Frog Foreign Legion. My leaf should have given me away. But I forgot the flags since I haven't posted here in forever. Cheers my dudes.

Good man, how many pullups can you do?

I'm not good at them I can only do 8 with 45 lbs attached. I haven't done them unweighted in a bit.

That's plenty good m8, you'll be fine.

Your stats are plenty good for normal military units. Idk about special forces though.

La Legion Etrangere is not spec ops technically. For the airborne unit 2REP and the jungle warfare one 3REI I am not sure. I heard they focus a lot on cardio and rope climbing. So I been doing a lot of towel pull ups until I get my two bit broke negro ass a rope.

you'll exceed almost all of their expectations.

How do I get up to 125 push-ups in a row? Currently i'm a weak lanklet so I can do like 30 but I really want to improve.

f7e7ba  No.135223

Pushups and situps aren't even tested for the Canadian Military. All you need to pass BMQ/BMOQ from a fitness perspective are:

>1. Sandbag lift - 30 consecutive lifts of a 20kg sandbag to a height above 91.5cm, alternating between left and right sandbags separated by 1.25 - completed within 3 minutes, 30 seconds.

>2. Intermittent Loaded Shuttles - complete 20 shuttle runs (20m run one way, 20m run back), alternating between a loaded shuttle with a 20kg sandbag and an unloaded shuttle for a total of 400m - completed within 5 minutes, 21 seconds.

>3. Sandbag drag - carry one 20kg sandbag and pull a minimum of four on the floor over 20m without stopping - completed without stopping

>4. 20 meter rushes - starting from prone, complete two shuttle sprints, dropping to the prone position every 10m, for a total of 80m.

That's it. Sure, cardio doesn't hurt, but those are the 4 performance objectives that need to be passed in order to graduate from basic.

Not sure how OP did it, but I would suggest to simply do regular push-ups, but harder.

You can achieve this by using weights or a resistance band.

Good luck mate. Maybe I'll see you there. Make sure you practice your beep test, if you can't make the grade on that all your other hard work won't count for shit.

Can you do it all with good form or is it actually ZERO?

>Can you do it all with good form or is it actually ZERO?

This.

OP you need to have perfect form down. The Legion will expect you to do full dead-hang lockout in between each rep for pullups, and for situps your arms must be folded across your chest and touch your thighs for each rep. They aren't as strict on pushups from what I've seen.

If that soyboy/tranny in the USA army did them you just may be able to do it too OP, if you try very hard.

Assuming you're not just leafposting, check out the cervens forum. Goes for everyone really, the fitness section is pretty useful for getting a proper workout (read: fuck your air conditioned gym faggotry).
