What do you think about those "soy-free soylent" options? Are those a type of supplement? Or are those just for poorfags who can't get real food?

They're usually more expensive than real food. You may as well make some boiled chicken since that'd give the same amount of protein for less.

That's not how xenoestrogens work, it's not like you eat a block of tofu and suddenly you're getting HRT. If anything, a weaker estrogenic compound binding in the place of natural estrogen would decrease estrogenic effects.

>SHTF situations
If were talking a long term situation where food is limited then a few packages of processed soy aren't going to save you. You need to basically have the means to produce your own food meaning at minimum a large vegetable garden and an animal protein source such as chickens/rabbits/goats/etc…
If were talking about short term situations such as natural disasters or riots theres still no need for these "nutritionally complete" garbage shakes. Assuming your diet is healthy pre SHTF a few days to a week is simply not enough time for you to become malnourished. You could simply not eat for this time and you'd be just fine.
You could also stockpile a small reserve of food that keeps for a long time and that you consume anyways so that you're constantly rotating stock. For example instead of buying the small bags of rice at the grocery go to the store that sells 50lb bags and get one of those. Do the same with oats, lentils, canned fish or whatever else you eat on a regular basis that will keep. Not only will you be prepared but you'll save a ton of money in the long run.

Soy has phytestrogens, which are weaker estrogen compounds. Good if you're a woman with a risk of breast cancer since they help outcompete existing estrogen. Bad if you're a man since men don't have as much estrogen in the first place.

Soylent has 20g of FAT in it per bottle. Yes that is right, when you drink soylent you are taking TWO SHOTS of oil per bottle.
39d4e5 No.142107
>>142092
just playing devils advocate, 20g of fat is not that much considering soylent is supposed to to be a meal replacement taking the replacement of food and the meals it replaces can be shittons of fat far more than a mere 20g. hell, 100g or less of fat a day is considered a low-fat diet. My point is, you will probably consume less fat drinking soylent than you will eating like your average 'Murican. INB4 soyboi
