Asceticism: Self-imposed discipline against natural inclination.
Morning Routine:
* Do the Wim Hof breathing method with cold showers, escalating from cold at the end of the shower to full on 5+ minutes cold shower after a while.
* A mobility/elasticity routine that you will not change ever. Spinal rocking 15x, cat/cow 15x (arch then flex back), butterfly 15s, cobra pose 15s, lateral bends 10/10s, get into that ballet looking position with the feet turned out 90 degrees and one in front of the other centered on the median line of the body, then squat down and stand back up while staying upright 5x each foot position, monkey arms: swing your arms back and forth vigorously as far up and back as you can with firmness 20x; this last one is hard to explain: start with arms behind your back, palms up, forearms parallel to ground, then swing them laterally wide up to over your head and cross them at the top till forearms are parallel to the ground again, palms down, then go back down the way you went up and repeat the whole thing 15x.
* A light workout routine in the morning that you will not change ever. 10 cossack squats, 1 hs push up, 20 twisting sit ups, 20 push ups elbows by the side hands over shoulders, 30 second reverse plank, 15 second reverse plank arms wide, 1 minute bridge, 10 second planche tuck hold ( or attempt 4x ), 15 second L-sit hold (or attempt 5x ), FIN.
Don't even think about adding progressions to the two routines. Keep it the same forever. It's about maintenance. The Wim Hof/Cold shower routine doesn't change after you hit 5 rounds and 5 minutes.
Stick to a schedule of sleep at 21:00, wake at 06:00. Use an analog alarm clock, or one that ONLY tells time and sets alarms, remove digital devices from your room or a power strip that you can turn on/off or unplug and an EMF blocking box to put your devices in.
4 hours online a day max. If you have a computer related job, then keep browsing and your job separate.
Night routine:
* No tech after 19:00, soft lighting.
* Read for 1 hour without interruptions. Don't let anyone interrupt you. Philosophy or something else that improves you.
* Meditate for 1 hour, then go to sleep.
Never change this either.
