OP here. I've it used for a week now and have made visible progress it works pretty good. My dosage was 3 times a day for the first couple of days then one every 4 hours and i also tried 2 every four hours which i think worked the best.
Side effects i got were getting more energetic, but not in the shitty caffeine way which is great. I didnt try working out with it until now since i cant right now. A wierd side effect i got is a nervous irritation on my skin which feels like someone is ripping it off and pissing on it at the same time, luckily you can fix it if you apply cold water to the spots.
