I'm 6'1, 25yo 185lbs or so right now. I'm moderately inactive, take my dog hiking several days a week but not for as long since it's the winter, no real serious exercise other than a few backpacking trips the last year+. When I was in highschool and used to play sports (basketball and ran long distance for track) I hung around 150lbs and did so for about 6 years after I stopped really exercising, then in the last year I put on like 35lbs.
Gonna start jogging on the treadmill. Not going to buy a new machine (unless I stick with it for a while and feel into it) or get a gym membership (because I spend enough time out of the house for work and stuff). My goal is to lose like 20 lbs so I can fit comfortably in 32" pants again because that's the size most of my wardrobe is and I have a lot of clothes.
