What does /fit/ think of using steroids as a noob? I'm trying everything to jumpstart something with my life but it's so hard when I have no social life and shit genetics. The only thing I'm worried about is how it might effect my brain negatively, I don't really give a shit about having a heart-attack in my 30's.

Every other forum I read (I've been considering this on-off for two years) thinks it's retarded and you need to lift heavily for 1, 2, even 3 years before trying, but I don't think they truly understand how hopeless this. Starting with steriods will grow your muscles so fast your tendons will not be able to keep up. Its a one-way ticket to snap city famalamadingdong. Cut out all soda and candy. Never eat/drink it again If you're hungry for a snack eat a raw carrot or apple or smth. Drink water/tea/coffee/milk if you're thirsty. Beer has the same calories as soda, and alcohol is bad for your test, so dont get blackout drunk every evening.

When the above things have become habit, you can move on to the next level:

Go to the gym, do a beginner program that is based around compound lifts. If the main lifts arent compound, its a bad program. If you're unsure about your form/ an exercise, ask in the gym. This will help with social skills too

>Diet:

No more fastfood. Never

>misc:

Meditation can help too

If you have done all of the above, every phase expecting to take a month, you'll feel much better in two months.

Personally I'd never roid. But if you truly want to roid, see to it that you lift at least 1/2/3/4 pl8s. (OHP/Bench/Squat/deadlifts respectively) (1pl8 = 1 pl8 of 20kg/45 lbs each side of the bar).
