Is the UAE really full of Pajeets and Pakis?

If you're a labourer in a physical field that has never gone to the gym this is not uncommon.

It's really an example of SAID. Your body has likely adapted to picking shit up in that work environment and drawing shit up from the ground is a pull oriented movement structure. Your body will adapt to pull weight.

It won't take long in the gym for your body to balance out in these movement patterns. There is simply more and larger muscle groups involved in pushing with regards to the upper body.

There is no "supposed to be" in strength or fitness, there is only where you are right now and where you are training to be.

Philipinos too…somebody has to do the manual labor.

I’m not, I focused on doing back because people always talk about muh impingements/internal rotation from doing too much pressing. It feels weird because the triceps is the larger muscle, so it should overpower the biceps.

>no

what are you, some kind of poor sheikh?

>the triceps is the larger muscle, so it should overpower the biceps

I really cannot picture how someone could develop an imbalance between two muscles that work together.
