Potato/sweet potato and fat free milk diet with 1 tsp of coconut oil a day if desperate.

Bust your ass on the cardio. If you are really /impatient/ you could run like 1-2 hours a day and burn up to 5-10 lb a week.

~ t. fat guy who just lost 15 lb in 2 weeks with 500-1000 cal deficit and 2 hour gym sessions. Literally burning off almost everything I ate on gym days.

1 tsp coconut oil as the only fat for a whole day is very low for most people. On this poor man's diet you could eat as many potatoes and drink as much fat free milk as you want and struggle to not lose weight. Phosphorus gets a bit high though. Some fructose source could help the kidneys with that, such as orange juice or honey. Should probably eat spinach for vitamin K or supplement, but this is a desperate man's diet. Pure potatoes and no milk has been done. I don't recommend that though because it disturbs calcium homeostasis driving parathyroid through the roof. Fat free cocoa powder could be safely used as a mineral supplement in the milk to help balance calcium : magnesium ratio. Coffee is fine too. Always getting enough salt will help speed things along and prevent accidental hyponatremia from never eating food prepared by someone else.

I don't think just potatoes and fat free milk is a sound diet, but if you were thinking of long term fasting, it's probably a healthier/safer alternative.

>>132071

Come to think of it, without the milk fat, the potentially high calcium could be problematic without careful consideration of magnesium. Eating greens like spinach becomes even more important but just having a supplement on hand seems useful in case of sudden onset of cramping.

>potato meme diet

I'm seeing this cropping up everywhere now and whats the logic behind it? I always thought potatoes were mostly just simple carbs and kinda shit for cutting. Something I should look into?

 No.132074

>>132073

Yeah, it's a fad right now, but people just don't realize how effective low fat diets are for making weight loss actually happen. I added the 1 tsp coconut oil in because I'd prefer anyone desperate enough to follow this casual idea to not go to extremes just because they can, and coconut oil is well known for aiding weight loss anyways. The reason it works is because carbs rarely become fat. People mistakenly believe lots of carbs make them fat, because having lots of carbs on hand makes the body want to avoid using any dietary fat given to it. So basically you can just avoid dietary fat and never deny yourself carbs and you're golden for crash diet weight loss. Coconut oil is exceptional for having MCTs that are pretty much never stored though.

Long run the lack of fat is problematic for getting fat soluble vitamins. Such vitamins can be topically applied on the skin if you just like fat free eating though.

 No.132075

>>132073

I should also add that potatoes are key here instead of another fat free source of carbs because of the specific vitamins potatoes offer, especially thiamine. Add the milk and you avoid being grossly deficient in a lot of different nutrients. Still hard though.

My recommendation is throwing out all your food and stop being a pig. I lost 50lbs this year after being a NEET pig. I can't believe I let myself get so fat. I still have 50lbs to go.

1. no carbs, you really have to do KETO or you will NEVER lose the weight in time.

2. no drugs, no caffeine, no coffee, no booze, no flavored water, no milk

3. drink ONLY water

4. eat more vegetables, I like boiled spinach

5. my diet is mostly eggs, spinach, and chicken. I suggest a similar diet for you.

Bro… he is NOT in the position to be thinking about muscle gains. He needs to be thinking about reducing his risk of heart attack!

>>132160

Absolutely if you fast. I would recommend fasting for 7 days and then 1 day where you have some eggs and chicken and vegetables then another 7 day fast. Keep doing this until you make it to 200lbs.

I would vote for Trump as many times as takes if it means making these retarded liberals cry even more about their false narrative driven nightmares. God bless America, kek.

>if you are fat

Let's care less about how many pounds you want to lose but when. Care more about doing as much good for your body as possible.

Workout every day. Light impact. Don't injure yourself obviously. Every fucking day. Eat clean foods. Make sure your diet is 50% vegetables of as many varieties as possible. Up you're protein intake.

7 months is about 30 weeks. This means you'll have to lose about 3.3 pounds a week, which is an 11500 calorie deficit every week. This comes out to about 1650 calories per day on average that you'll have to be below maintenance. That's quite a bit, but since you're pretty fat, it should be manageable.

Go on jewgle and search for any of the TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) calculators. Plug in your stats. Get number. Subtract 1650. This is how many calories you're allowed to eat per day. If you're comfortable with that, stick to it and you'll meet your goal. If you want to eat more, then for every calorie more you'd like to eat, burn that many exercising FIRST.

IGNORE ALL THE MORONS WHO SAY TO EAT 0 CARBS.

That is a stupid fad diet. You need carbs to keep your hormones from being fucked, to keep your metabolism from starving you of energy during the day, and most importantly to keep you sane. If you eat a lot of carbs now, spend two weeks easing yourself off of them. The same can go for calories in general. Make sure that you never have your total consumed calories consisting of less than 10% of ANY of carbs, fats, proteins.

If you have issues with satiety, then make more of your calories consisting of proteins, avoid liquid calories entirely, and focus on getting nutrients. Take a vitamin B complex, some D3, and a calcium+magnesium+zinc supplement.

You should give the warrior diet a shot, if you can. This just means eating all of your calories for the day in one big meal. If your daily calories are 1200-1500, it makes it a lot more bearable. If your calories are less than 1200, then exercise more so you can eat enough to not die.

What I meant to say is, without a kitchen available, what are you supposed to eat that isn't a pre-prepared carcinogenic bullshit? You surely can't cook whole-foods with your mind.

 No.132299

>>132279

What kind of foods does your cafeteria have that is so terrible? Do they not have vegetables? Do they not have meats? Food that doesn't taste great can still be nutritious. Premade crap can still be nutritious if a bit sodium-filled. If you want to lose weight, eating food you don't like is probably for the best, honestly.

Supplement your protein with whey or casein (slower digesting, maybe better for losing weight) if need be.

If you're looking for something that's not pricey to add to that that you won't need to cook, then protein shakes, nuts, veggies you can eat raw (not really cheap, but you need them and could find bargains at a nearby farmer's market).

OP here sorry for not responding in a business week. I still haven't applied suggestions so any FPH-esque images you have should be posted.

I still have a few questions regarding the barbell and the 10 lb dumbbell.

Is this list any good?

https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/rudy9.htm

and should i do farmer's walks regarding the dumbbells?

Today i have some money to spend on groceries, so what should i buy?

Sorry for blogposting i will be visiting the /fasting/ general thread here.
