How will lanklets ever recover?

cool, but only retards really think height matters,

I'm a solid manlet but none of the tallies look down on me

on my gym the strongest trainer is even shorter than me, and he looks swole as fuck

on a side a note, fighting strength too have very little to do with muscles

much more with pain tolerance and will power

 No.131665

That guy isn't 6'2.

Yes it does, Enrique.

With a given height, you can only put on so much weight.

>>131665

187cm is in fact 6 feet and 2 inches

>With a given height, you can only put on so much weight.

that is true, but that is not what I meant

faggots relate their height to success, whether they will make it or not, which is completely unrelated

the number of times Ive seen on this forum "I'm 6'5 master race, but forever alone"

then you see their pictures, and nigga looks like an autistic virgin plank, and they still think they are chad somehow

You've figured out the difference between a sufficient and a necessary condition. Being tall is not sufficient to make it, but it is necessary.

>faggots relate their height to success

That's simply because height is associated with good genetics and authority.

For instance, I cannot really think of US presidents that are also manlets.

>I'm a solid manlet but none of the tallies look down on me

but even if you wanted you couldnt look down on them, could you?

As for the sports, here height matters to.

In the gym? People say that being short gives you a mechanical advantage, but when you think of strong-men or bench-press powerlifters they are always tall.

In running? Usain Bolt is 6'5.

Endurance? Alex Schwazer is 6'2.

In combat? Think of the brothers Emilianenko. Both tall and chunky. Having long arms and a decent mass is key for being a successful MMA fighter.

The best strongmen are indeed quite tall, but bench pressing is the opposite. The shorter the arms the more weight you can lift.

Top ranked, tall, strongmen like Brian Shaw and Hafpor Bjornsson have pretty modest bench numbers compared to shorter strongmen.

And Fedor Emelianenko is 5'11"

Then explain why all the records are held by fairly tall dudes (6'3 for the equipped w/ bench shirt and 6'6 for the raw category).

That's shorter than the tall strongmen I was talking about. Consider the top 4 strongmen of the world:

The taller:

Brian Shaw (6'8") benches 238kg

Hafpor Bjornsson (6'9") benches 230kg

But the shorter:

Eddie Hall (6'3") benches 300kg

Zydrunas Savickas (6'3") benches 286kg

>>131680

BTW, to clarify the issue. It's the arm length what matters, in fighters having relatively longer arms helps, while bench pressing having relatively shorter arms does.

A proportional man has the same wingspan as his height, but top fighters often have proportionally longer arms. To use some of the fighters in the pics posted before as an example: GSP is listed as being 5'10" (1.78m) tall but has a reach of 76" (1.93m), Fedor is booked as 1.81m with a 1.89m reach, Rory MacDonald is booked as 6'0" (1.83m) with a 76" (1.93m) reach.

I don't think reach for strongmen nor powerlifters is commonly reported, but the most successful bench pressers always have short arms relative to their height. A shorter arm has shorter ROM and better leverage.

That's why bench pressing is a lousy measure of strength.

I agree with you on that, but why are you comparing yourself with MMA fighters? do you fight? are you trying to get into the leagues?

otherwise its a useless comparison, when anon means "make it" it doesn't making to the best of something, but rather make it not being a weakling weeb

Sure, but you still don't and probably never will see 5'5 dudes pressing 450Kg.
