<Egg Salad
>Boil some eggs
>Peel and chop them
>Add mayo
>Add either tuna, chicken or deli meat such as ham
>Season to taste (I use salt, pepper and paprika)
I usually make a weeks worth at once and just eat some with most meals.
<Protein shakes
Pure whey isolate recommended. Use whole milk, half and half or straight heavy cream depending on how hardcore you want to be. I usually add a banana for texture/taste but you can make it plain add other fruit, nuts or even cacao.
