Lol, try gaining like 50lbs over 4 months eating junk food and clean food with protein smoothies and high carbs. Since the start of fall I've dropped 22lbs.
But I don't have abs. Hey OP, how much do you weigh anyway? Also, looks like a good bulk.

Peanut butter and whole milk or whole milk based things should help anyone trying to bulk, do it successfully. You can also do some egg yolks with your egg whites, like 4 or 5 out of your 8 eggs or whatever could be whites and the other 4 or 3 could have yolks. Oils have been suggested to be added in smoothies for extra calories.
When I bulked I ate noodles and chicken in sauces with cheese. I'd make burgers and chili. 2 servings of peanut butter and 2 cups of whole milk with one scoop of protein powder and a banana with pumpkin for smoothies. I'd even hog out on donuts and cheesecake or candy if I could. Can't forget the sausage, eggs, and pancake breakfasts with the big bowls of cheerios, milk, and banana. I'm getting nostalgic just thinking about this shit tbh. I didn't actually eat a lot of processed food though, maybe once or twice a week, but beer was definitely part of my diet.
