Ever since I could remember, i was horrible at anything that requires aerobic exercise. How do i fix this?

For reference, I am a short non-overweight male who can sprint and swim faster than 98% of people.

It can be just your muscles man. Some body types lend themselves excellently to endurance sports, while others are more power-based. Lanklets often have 'long' wrong word but i dont know the english variant muscles, which train easier in endurance while vice versa with manlets.

You will need to train far more to get even an average endurance, but I believe that if you put your mind to it, you will make it.

Bad how? Out of breath too easily, or pain?

Is it a mixture of both?

 No.129080

Your body does not enjoy the catabolic state. It's instinct not to adapt to endurance. The only solution is to learn how to run while holding your breath.

Do it faggot.

Because your body isn't meant to. Running distance ruins your knees, do sprints instead.

This always ends with cops following me because they think i'm running away from a crime scene

>aerobic exercise

Long distance running or endurance running is anaerobic exercise, not aerobic. Lifting weights is aerobic, and so is sprinting short distances. Aerobic means living in the presence of oxygen, and because anaerobic is the antonym, it is the appropriate descriptor for exercise that causes you to be winded from metabolizing oxygen fast enough for there to be a shortage of it. Scientific research is heavily weighted against long term anaerobic exercise as beneficial, and even Olympic athletes who participate in anaerobic events are a warning against their chronic utilization.

You got no heart.

You have to build up to it. Start with a couch to 5k program. I went from a lard ass who got winded after 20 sec of jogging to running 5k pretty regularly.
