You GOTTA get the protein. If you wanna build muscle while losing fat you best bump that protein intake up to ridiculous levels. Otherwise, you're gonna have a bunch of loose skin and it's gonna look worse than being fat.
Look for the cheapest meats you can possibly find and eat a shit ton of it. If you want to lose fat but maintain a healthy amount of it for an extended use of cardiovascular and leg exercise, then maintain a moderate level of carbohydrate intake - preferably simple carbs, like natural sugars.
And remember the order of importance; Rest>Diet>Exercise
Running is going to be the worst thing in your life next to having no qt3.14 to love and hold, until you lose that fat that'll be bouncing around every time you try running. So if you need cardio remember to do other forms of it. Like shadowboxing, or just plain old walking. Walk two miles a day, to a place and back, or around a place twice if need. Do this like, at least 4+ times a week. You either go full fasting (cut out everything except for water) or you go for 1500kcal with low carb, healthy fats and enaugh protein to protect your muscles. Make it an intermittent fasting routine with 2-3 meals a day and no snacks inbetween. Eat plenty of vegetables and salad to keep you full and get your vitamins.Change the long distance running for short but intense weight training. OP here I just had a protein shake today and about 4 spoons of sugar (ie 2 black coffees) along with my daily multivitamin.
Yesterday I just ate 1 steak.
Still got gyno and stomach flab.
Tomorrow it will be the same 1 protein shake.

Breakfast : 1-2 cups of fat free milk in your oats with a small to medium sized banana and some brown sugar and cinnamon - juice and water if you want to avoid as much sugar as possible go ahead, just water OR coffee if you're a lunatic. Switch it up every now and again with a bacon, egg and cheese sammich, or veggie omelette with bacon or sausage on the side and a cup o' milk and/or OJ. Dinner : By dinner you shouldn't have consumed more than 1300 calories. You should be somewhere between 1000 and 1250 preferably, with enough exercise throughout the day to knock off about 200 of that. Then, if you've been serious about your body's health and your physique and performance, whatever it may be, then you should be ready for a big dinner. or a small dinner if you've been lazy or it's an off day, cheat day, whatever - on day of cheating isn't going to show results like one day of working out isn't going to show results - but you WILL feel it. Maybe I should clarify it more. The whole point of the low carb and intermittent fasting is to keep you insulin low. So in the 16 hour window where you don't eat anything you will have low insulin and therefore be able to burn fat for energy.
During the 8 hour eating window (or even less if possible) you eat around 1500kcal because you will release insulin and therefore you need the energy from food based sources.
