I have visible ribs on my breast area so I want to cover it up with muscle. I do a lot of push ups but that has mainly been increasing my biceps and doesn't do much for my breasts.

I don't own any weights or go to the gym. Is there any exercise I can do that will help?

What the fuck?

How is a "push" up, literally a pushing exercise giving you bicep gainz, given that biceps are flexors?

If you're pulling the earth towards you instead of pushing it away from you, then you're hitting the biceps.

I know the whole "imagine you're pulling the earth towards you" meme.

But there's no way you're actually doing that, it's a nice image for muscle activation but you can't be putting any significant load on your muscles other than the load of just contracting them, no external load because even gravity is aiding you here.

That's just like all that "black monk isometric exercises" or whatever.

Change the position of your hands.

Research into different hand positions.

Also try elevating your legs, rest your feet on a step or two.

Technique is the most important thing.

Also, do them in sets of 5 or 10.

Do the motion steadily, like a piston, not too fast, not too slowly.

Supposedly, diamond pushups are good, but no one pushup type is ideal.
