Started lifting again after having surgery. I was out of it for ~8 weeks and I lost ~10kg (Although I've regained the weight now). All of my working weights have dropped and I feel like I've hit a plateau. For example: Before surgery I was curling 12x12x4, now I'm curling half that. How can I get my weight back up?

Well you lost gains, shit.

And probably not because of lack of exercise, but mostly because of lost weight after surgery, which is normal.

In any case, it is just a set back and you need to come back to it.

What was the surgery and the diet for those 10 weeks? Caloric intake/macronutrient ratio etc
