>start getting into cooking after two year long bologna/hotdog and ramen diet with milk
>cooking knowledge activated
>start lifting leftover dumbbell in new place, start doing pushups and situps almost every day
>losing weight and fitting into old pants much better
>girl calls me fit before sucking my dick and ladies look at me more often
>finally did my first pull-up
then I bounced back when I just about turned 21, and half of my 21 year (beer of course)
but then…
>start eating clean
>cut processed foods, drinks, smoking, snacking, and alcohol dramatically
>cut gaming, and yeah it's rough
>finally bought my own dumbbells
>found the time to browse /fit/
>go into uni
I'm wearing small sized shirts again, my chest is large, I'm losing weight, I can run faster and longer, I can lift more, physical and mental health is improving, better skin, building a schedule and just got a job (although I'm about to lose it, this school's true colors are starting to show and I'm not particularly excited about the level of communication between my boss and myself and my boss and the others, especially considering what I have to do just to keep the job, which includes me acting like someone I'm not and EVEN THAT person isn't liked by the others) And I'll probably have to change schools or my major, so I'm kind of feeling weird - it's something new every day that I have to worry about.
