One more question how many repetitions should I do and when should I increase them? So far I'm doing around 15 squats and sit-ups each plus 20 wall pushups every morning end evening for about a week .

Yes, I try to force myself to go out on a walk everyday since I'm a neet/shutin. It helps since I got invested into this geolocking mobile game called Ingress.
