I'm looking for advice about what exercise should I do. I know that if I start doing retarded amount of some exercise its more certain that I'd fuck my self up than lose weight. So what exercises should I do to get a good foundation while loosing weight? I weight around 160 kg, not sure how much exactly since my home scale goes up to 153 and after that is says error.

I've bean doing squats, sit-ups and dem lame push-ups against a wall cuz I'm too week to do a proper one. What other exercises should I do?

Are you going to a gym or are you at home? If you're at home and started getting into bodyweight, I would add one-legged deadlifts, bridges and inverted rows if you can, since chin ups will be unlikely an option with your weight.

Walking should be your no.1 exercise.

If you can go swimming at least twice a week take it up.

Next up should be diet aka no liquid calories.

Yeh, I'm doing it at home. I'll ad those exercises to my list. How do I go about doing "inverted rows"? I don't have a barbell at home.

All I got are two 4kg dumbbells and a balancing pad (but it started creaking since I went up so I had it on hold until scale stops displaying error )

One more question how many repetitions should I do and when should I increase them? So far I'm doing around 15 squats and sit-ups each plus 20 wall pushups every morning end evening for about a week .
