Have experienced some pretty drastic weight bounce /fit/?

the following is quick story of my progress

This was not when I first begun working out, but when I changed gyms at the end of last year

before that I went from practically 30% bodyfat, so overall got pretty good gains

also quick description of what happened between each trimester

> December 2016

> height: 166 cm

> weight: 69,8 kg

> bodyfat: 23%

coming from previous gym, decided to work hard,

but really had really bad nutrition with to meal plan sorted out

most likely suffered from over training and lack of good food

> March 2017

> height: 167,5 cm

> weight: 69,4 kg

> bodyfat: 14%

decided to bulk again, but with a dirty bulk combined with lots of holidays on the period

ended practically loosing all progress of the first trimester, with exception of bare 2kg of muscle

> June 2017

> height: 167 cm

> weight: 72,5 kg

> bodyfat: 23%

because of the previous failure decided to get my nutrition sorted out

brought a kitchen scale and started taking account of everything I ate

> September 2017

> height 167 cm

> weight: 72,2 kg

> bodyfat: 16,3%

so to sum it up between these weight changes, I practically bounced about 5 kg of muscle and +- the same of fat in three months range,

while that is not that bad, it could account for some serious newbs gains

but according to Scooby muscle calculator I'm actually very too close to my maximum natural, which would be 65kg lean mass

http://scoobysworkshop.com/muscle-gain-calculator/

and according to that same calculator, I'd be very near the max natural muscle gain per year, which would about 6 kg lean mass

so whats the deal here? has anybody experienced such drastic weight bounce in such small period like that?

And finally, just wanted to point out one thing, even though weight bounced up and down like, I did massive improvements over this period of time

in comparison with the first trimester, I feel much better, have rocking hard boners, got my posture sorted out and can finally do some good cardio without dying

I cut for the first 6 months this year to about 68kg, then bulked up to 80kg again. It's been a pretty good year.
