What's a good PPL for me, /fit/?

My scoliosis is too bad for squats, and I'm not sure if I should do deadlifts. I've been doing SL for around an year now(on the past month though, I stopped doing squats because of my doc's reccomendations)

My lifts:

Squat: 110kg

Bench: 90kg

OHP:62kg

Deadlift:100kg

Row: 60kg

I feel like rows don't agree with my back much either, at least not barbell rows, but sometimes they're good.

Body weight exercises for the back would gradually realign the spine. I know someone with something similar to scoliosis that fixed it through exercise, stretches, one of those inversion tables for stretching your spine, that type of shit.

Imperial is better. Feet are perfect for measuring height, inches are perfect for measuring benis, gallons are perfect for measuring milk, Fahrenheit is perfect for measuring temperature in the context of heating/AC/weather, and ounces are perfect for cooking and baking. Why ruin all of that just to work in increments of 10? Are you too stupid to remember that:

foot = 12 in

pint = 16 fl. oz

gallon = 4 quarts / 8 pints

ton = 2,000 lbs

lb = 16 oz

yard = 3 ft

etc.

The best way to treat your scoliosis to strengthen the area. For your leg day try doing leg presses, sled drags, and hamstring curls. For your back day, do rows and pullups. After rows and pull ups, I would reccomend doing 10x10 on 45 degree back extensions and 10x10 reverse hyper extensions. Seeing as you are in brazil, a cable pullthrough will be an okay substitute for cable pullthroughs. Start with no/minimal weight and slowly progress. Strengthening the erectors, glutes, and hamstrings will help your scoliosis. When you have made significant progress I would go back to squats and deadlifts.
