There are a lot of ways to make your penis bigger. Exercises, not magic beans, mind you. Penis pills do not work; there are things you can take that can increase erection and arousal (Yohimbe and PT-141 are best), but not size. The first thing to consider is that all of these methods can damage your penis, which you obviously do not want. Always do extremely thorough research on the website I mentioned and/or similar ones (Matters of Size is another) before starting anything. And always STOP IMMEDIATELY if you feel ANY pain, no matter what. Never continue if you get an injury until it's completely healed, either. But it is possible effectively make dicc gainz without hurting yourself- many people attest to this with progress pics and all. I'll also add that there is a 'conditioning' process- you need to be very mild and gentle at first. A guy that's been doing penis exercises a few times a week for years can do much more intense exercises safely than a beginner. The easiest thing is to use a penis pump, this will not give you much if any permanent gains but you will be significantly bigger and harder temporarily. Next, there are extenders, things you put on while you go about your day and it will passively stretch your pee-pee. These don't offer much girth or erection gains, but they can be a quick and easy way to permanently gain a decent amount of length. Alternatively, you can do manual stretching, like >>126927 mentioned. The benefit of manual is that it's free, the benefits of extenders are that they're easy and consistent. Similar to extenders, there is also "hanging" (literally hanging weights on it, kek, do NOT do this unless you are very experienced). Then there's jelqing, which is basically the holy grail as it is the most well-rounded, but it's easy to hurt yourself doing so and it's actually rather difficult to learn how to do correctly. In my experience with jelqing, I definitely gained a noticeable amount of girth in my Corpus spongiosum, especially near the base (so I have no doubt that it works), but I also gave myself a small blood blister from squeezing too firmly and too far down (I think friction from my pubes contributed to this, so I recommend removing pubes), so I stopped. I clearly did it incorrectly- most of the gains should be in the two Corpus cavernosa, not just the spongiosum; not to mention the injury. Then for very advanced people there are other methods like squeezes, bends, and clamping, but don't worry about that for now.
For beginners, the JP90 routine (a given amount of jelqing and manual stretching) is frequently recommended. All you need for this is a lubricant and a method of warming up for 5-ish minutes before and after, such as a "rice sock", which is as the name implies a sock filled with rice that you microwave to an appropriate temperature and wrap around your Johnson. Some use infrared heat lamps too. You can technically use a washcloth wet with quite warm water, and this is efficient because moist heat is preferable, but in my experience it's too much of a pain in the ass because it only stays warm for a few seconds. Since JP90 didn't exactly work out for me, I'm not sure if I would recommend it, but many others do. It might be more practical to invest in a pump and/or extender, after doing your research of course, just because they're easier than manual exercise like jelqing. One word of warning on extenders- don't trip and fall or get in a car accident when wearing one.
