5 years ago when I started my /fit/ journey I was introduced to panino and was intimidated at the beginning but soon began to notice the melancholic and somber layer of his that he tried to hide in his videos.
Rich showed me so many things and it was through him that I was able to develop respect for people in the scene despite using steroids. It might sound sickening and funny but he was like a fatherfigure for me.
Whenever tough times hit I would cheer myself up, oftentimes rephrasing the "GOOD FUCKING MORNIN GOD DAMMNIT!! IT'S RICH PANINO WITH BIGGER BY THE WHEY!!" so on and so forth. The whole 'leaving humanity behind!' concept resonates so deeply in me and was able to inspire to deeds which I wouldn't have been able to perform without it.
It's not like I would watch all of his videos or think about Rich constantly, but I knew that somewhere out there was a guy called Rich that did his damn best to leave humanity behind!
and when I was grinding to through my day to day misery, grinding through my sets, reps and PRs I knew there was someone like me that did the same thing, with the same goal in mind: comrades in iron
but now since rich is gone I am left alone and I can't seem to gather my forces anymore:
everything seems so futile, so void, so meaningless.

Well Rich already came out and admitted his usage of synthol and pmma, but your crazy if you think he did it all the time. The oil memes are funny as hell, but the primary source 'proving' he was using pmma frequently came from a bitter exgirlfriend talking on some no-name podcast run by some no-name lady, with pictures that look fake as shit, all of which were featured on prophet muscle's channel. Now that's a basket full of crazy right there, and to make the leap to think he avoided injury for that many years (while cutting, bulking, drugs, training, etc. and using oil) is nonsense. 30 years of training, gh, insulin, steroids, and tons of food is the more likely culprit for his size. Besides, iirc, Rich was in the low 20s (inches) for his arms and there are tons of pros out there in the upper 20s (that either do or don't compete). If you think Rich is 'too big', there's guys way bigger out there, who probably ran similar drugs, training and dieting that you don't know about, and I guarantee they aren't doing site injections either.
