Yeah don't do 1 monotone program for an entire year.
You should have double the results.
Cardio + Gymnastics twice a week, Calisthenics + martial arts (shadow box and such) once a week.
Strongman lifts twice a week.
You don't engage your core (front and sides), lats and back enough when you exercise and in general. You need more body control, posture muscles, and to flex more. Flexing is actually very important, it has neuromuscular-mind benefits and will develop your physique.
More than that though, your internal pressure is shit. Can you turn your head blood red with minimal conscious effort? Your torso, arms, etc? Do you become double your size during and after working out? Can you stick your stomach way out like a pregnant woman? This all has to do with internal strength and flexibility; blood is powerful.
You have to be able to create internal pressure and then flex against it, to create leverage, to build more muscle. You look like a deflated tire (no offense but I think the solution is as easy as inflating a tire).
Good luck.
