now there are a couple different things there, anon in this thread is wondering about intermittent fasting, the other referenced thread, the dude is straight starvation mode
now its pretty obvious that one is way less drastic than the other, common sense is great judgment there
but wether IF really improves something else better rather than just good nutrition, that is up to you to prove
and I mean having the same nutrition but wether having fasting intervals makes a difference, where is the study proving that?
