fuck it i'm just no going to eat for as long as i can manage, i've gone 5 days so far, 6 foot, was 210 pounds when i started, am now down to 203, i know it's mainly water weight but whatever, i'll keep you lads posted each day.

Just eat a little, Christian Bale ate nothing but an apple, and tuna every day and became a skeleton for The Machinist. This is not healthy, and forget about physical health for a second, because who knows it may end up fine, but it will probably fuck you over. You need to learn how to control yourself while eating. This all or nothing shit won't help you when you start eating again. I know, I lost about 100lb, and I gained 15lb, and lose ever other month. I am not even close to my goal yet and I am at a wall because I didn't cultivate any good habits. What did was because fear, not any sort of right thinking.

Protip some vitamins are fat soluble so if you don't have any fat in your digestive track you will simply poop them out.

Personally when I'm doing an extreme cut I usually fast for most of the day then for dinner have a protein shake or small piece of meat with some steamed/sauteed veggies. The protein shake is good option in particular since you can get 30g of protein while staying under 300 cals. Just make sure you get pure whey isolate and not that sugary crap they sell in most stores.

I also have a "rest day" once a week. Note this is not a cheat day I don't stuff myself with junk food and carbs. I still stay to a more or less keto/paleo diet but this will help me resist cravings throughout the week and allow me to enjoy a meal with my gf, friends or family

Well done. I'm doing this also. Working my way up in durstion fighting past severe hunger pangs. I went from Friday Lunch to Sunday night dinner over the weekend, a short fast comparatively, and dropped 3 pounds (monday weight). I made sure that when I ate Sunday I went on a bit of a binge to cram in a days worth of calories so my body doesn't misinterpret my feeding as a calorie deficit (sabotaging the metabolism). I had noticable difficulty recovering after working out Friday because I pushed it too hard.

So, reboot.

Sunday night was the last time I ate. I'm going lighter at the gym this week, basically just tension, flexibility, and maintenance. The goal is to not eat again until Saturday morning.

We're gonna make it.
