I've been working out for a total of 4 years and these are my results so far. I wish I had a pic of what I was before, but I found a pic of what I was before.

The attached picture is my current physical shape.

I'm 5'8, 135 pounds, people say I look like Bruce Lee, I can do all the bodyweight exercises, but I want to bulk up a lot and become one of those viking type build.

I personally wouldn't sweat it, I've gotten much bigger and stronger doing GOMAD with what seems like no negative effects. If you're white you should be able to stomach it.

I understand, and that explains the discrepancy in your squat/bench weights. I swear by 5x5. With GOMAD you WILL get bigger and stronger. There is no way you will not. Feel free to keep doing whatever else but I stress the 5x5 routine. Don't miss a single workout. Do not miss a single rep. You're gonna make it.

Forgot to rate you and tell you about the saturated fats in whole milk. You're okay in aesthetics, some chick will suck your dick, but you can always make progress. Focus on getting fucknig stronk and you'll like the results. Also saturated fats should help with t levels, thus making your gains that much better and your lifts that much more crushing

You know that calisthenics is not an excuse not to train legs, right? You can do isometric holds for squats, or you can do them with kettlebells.

If you have a dip stand/station, you can do bodyweight rows by grabbing from underneath. That can work your back very well and allows some good contraction.

You're already in shape, but you're a manlet. I'd also suggest going full Bruce Lee. Just do tons of calisthenics and move into more advanced calisthenics to up the resistance when they get too easy. Pirate convict conditioning. There's a good amount of bullshit in it but it's got excellent progressions for safely building mass with nothing but calisthenics. I always switch back to calisthenics when I'm cutting for that sweet sweet lactic acid. It's also incredibly good for your joints and tendons.

I think you will be surprise, that you might be getting closer to it, and that actually growing muscle is really long time process
