Now next, don't just do squats, do all kinds of leg workouts. When you're a man, squats and deadlifts will probably give you most of the ass gains. If you're not ass-gifted or a woman then implement heavy ass hip thrusts. You might want all the leverage you can get, so I emphasize hip thrusts. It's underrated in the male bodybuilding scene. Hamstrings are another often overlooked aesthetic muscle.

Look up brazillian butt programs and Bret Contreras. Don't go shy with working out other body parts. You don't want to look like some kind of t-rex freak.

I'll admit i'm not a professional bodybuilder, but I'm not a total novice: I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week since February, and I can tell: I can lift more chairs at one time at work, and I don't get as winded going up an down the stairs. Plus, I can clearly see that I have more muscle definition than usual.

I agree with Norway. This is a girl's summer butt workout you find on instagram or pinterest. Here's what's wrong:

>no knowledge of sets and reps (high volume/low volume)

>all exercises are lumped together in one clusterfuck of a workout

>just one upper body exercise (no chest workout)

There's no shame in being a beginner. Even people who have started lifting for a year or two are considered beginners by lifting standards. I recommend you start with a beginner program. You'll learn how to program and get the benefit of a solid foundation to work with.

You workout way more muscles at a time and it takes much more coordination. Same with deadlifts. Hip trusts are great for ass but it's relatively isolated in comparison.
