No. It's an unwritten law in Hollywwood. The best femdom scenes are actually custom clips from the recent decentralization of porn (eg, Aiden Starr's Anger Management Hypnotherapy). The best you can do is find isolated little scenes in larger products.
Some of the best – notice these are all years old:
Superman II, Ursa sequences (a YouTuber has clumsily extended these)
LifeForce, scene with the security guards
Werewolf of London, several scenes
Mortal Kombat Conquest, segments with Fabiano Udenio as well as several others
A pool fight sequence from a German TV show called Bad Angels
There is no femdom, even with all the feminism, because feminism doesn't want strong women and considers male arousal to be a problem rather than a source of power. Products nominally made specifically for this are reliably garbage, such as the unwatchably bad and fetish-illiterate Walk All Over Me, which was made by people who hate fetishists to make fun of them. The Boys, a series about superheroes with several female characters, has no femdom, lots of whining and female helplessness, and botches a potentially good fatal facesitting scene by having the girl be horrified by the results. The series Femme Fatales is mostly Weinsteinian garbage but see the bank robbery episode, the nurse episode, the teacher-student episode, and the narco cartel propaganda episode. There's also one with a demon and one with a femdom alternate reality, but they're both abysmally screwed up (we never really see the femdom reality and the chick doesn't actually do any dominating). The demon episode is a kind of compilation of all the favorite errors in current television but has good sex scenes. The rest of the series is a waste of time.
We are on our own and must make our own materials.
