Because it breaks the willing suspension of disbelief. Women are physically weaker than men unless she is a top tier athlete and he is below the average. Any wrestling involving an average dude and anything less than a top 5% woman will be too obviously pretend. Its just hard to get into a dom/sub mindset when there is a contest in which the dom is objectively inferior.
