I've been shitting round on a certain another chan's /d/ board's globalized fetish writing various settings that come to mind for a while.
The most recent one exploded into a huge mess, and the sunk-cost fallacy commands me to post it so that people can see if they want to use any of it, whether here, on F-list, on other sites or in your own erotic fiction.
In short, it's a modern-world setting where people start transforming on exposure to seemingly random stimuli, and less about sex than about what people do to adapt to this new world.
The big fetish in here is casualization/common sense alteration, followed by TF, TG, brain drain, race change (which is why I chose the pic - it's pretty representative of My Thing) and a smattering of other stuff.
Most of it is the above, though.
