In any society in the world you are expected to meet some standards and will be compared to others, that's simply how humans work. Even in third world places there a standards you are required to meet, they may only vary on field. While on Brazil people aren't very picky on your career, they will not like if you're either not faking happyness all the time, you aren't easy going, or you are too secluded and avoid socializing.
Stop giving a fuck, is the only sollution to your problem. If anything, travelling elsewhere will only give you a hassle, since now you will have to relearn what are the subjective standards people use to judge others in your new country home.
