I don't know about Italy, but it must be more than 1%. Regarding France, officially, there are no race statistics, the government forbids it. So there is no official number.

The typical trick is that when the invaders "become French", that is when they get an identity card just by virtue of being born on French soil or by staying for a few years, they're considered French by the statistics. That enables some "scientists" and "sociologists" and the government to say that the part of the immigrant population hasn't changed in decades. However, by walking in big cities, one can see the invasion : some of the classrooms are full of niggers and sandniggers. In USA, 10% of black doesn't mean anything. Some huge part of the country are nigger-free. But in the south-east there are sometimes 30-40%.

It's the same in Europe. Most of them are in the west and for the bigger in France and UK. Always concentrated in big city. For example in France 70-80% of them are in the Paris metropolitan area (cf french scholar M.Tribalat). The higher the density, the more you've got. Like cockroach.
