>portal
I want to take things through with me and I could secure either end like the gate room in SG1
>standard magic
Mages are seen as valuable but potentially dangerous, lots of different disciplines and schools, a few of them dangerous. Most magic is more subtle than blasty.
>ancient tech + future tech
The ancient tech is a mix of the ship they landed in, and the ruins of several other civilizations more advanced than the current tech level. The stuff people know how to make more of is standard cyberpunk stuff, some biopunk stuff, some cthulhupunk stuff that most people don't have access to, a few random inventions from other universes (feelies, personality transcription, repulsorlifts). Technology is usually designed to be practical because people aren't all idiots (so land battleships are rarely if ever built because they eff up roads and are huge targets for close air support, non-enchanted armor has realistic coverage and no spikes to grab onto or restrict movement, etc.). Aesthetic varies between nations, manufacturers, factions and subcutlures, baseline stuff looks like retro-80s future gear, made less bulky where applicable.
>grey dangerosity
There are good, bad and ugly people, most are just trying to do their thing. Lots of competing governments, systems of government, other factions.
>perfume of eroticism
Lotsa shortstacks, amazons, nerdy girls and milfs. The action's pretty vanilla but there's lots of it.
>humans, fantasy races, xenos (Vulcans, Trill, Twi'Leks, some aliens that aren't for sexual but look cool), robots (AI is a crapshoot, some models rebel more than others, there aren't as many of them as in most settings because of the broader range of organic abilities), lewds (almost every kind of monstergirl, lots of kemonomimi)
An alien ship that was collecting samples from multiple worlds crashed there, the survivors and natives eventually (like millennia later) made peace and built a society/ecosystem. So a ton of variety without it having to make sense in terms of evolution and ecological niches. Some places there's discrimination, some places not. Most sociopolitical systems or species have a place either to themselves or where they're the favored group, although in the case of species, most of these places are small and not very powerful.
technology could use dieselpunk and age of sail options
needs options for divine magic/nature of the gods too
shape of the world/overall physics would be good too (globe, flat, multi-tiered, torus, etc.)
